Customer Service Senior Officer/Officer - Life Insurance

Responsibility
Provide extra-ordinary services to customers and sales channels by means of hotline, walk-in, video conference, written and email etc;
Able to work independently to address enquiries accurately and effectively as well as maintaining professional and satisfactory quality of customer service;
Communicate and coordinate with different parties to ensure timely resolution of customers/sales channels request and problems;
Manage customers and sales channels enquiries/grievances/complaints according to the company’s guidelines;
Deal with regular/adhoc tasks assigned by superiors conscientiously;
Willingness to rotate between customer service centers located in different locations
Requirement
University degree holder with minimum 3 years working experiences in insurance customer service field; Form 5 graduate (with 5 passes in the HKCEE including Chinese/English & Mathematics, or equivalent results in the HKDSE) with minimum 5 years working experiences in insurance customer service field will also be considered;
Professional qualification in Life Insurance such as FLMI, ACS/PCS or equivalent is an asset;
Passed in IIQE Paper I, III and V;
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customer
Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality
Able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills
