We are looking for a Bartender - Red Sugar based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Bartender - Red Sugar, we rely on you to:
- Provide high-quality beverage and service to guests consistently
- Uphold high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to Hotel guidelines and government regulations
- Ensure the service standard is at top quality and achieve high level of guest satisfaction and expectations
- Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Hotels, clubhouses, or premium bars
- Knowledge in standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer
- Knowledge in alcohol types, glassware varieties, brand names and garnishes
- Candidates with more years of experience will be considered as Captain
