Credit Card Product Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement for credit card product business plan to deliver business targets and objectives
• Lead, implement and execute the compliance requirement from regulators
• Assist in internal audit activities
• Develop, review and update compliance policies and procedures to align with regulatory changes
• Follow through and coordinate with internal stakeholders and manager external vendors/ suppliers for smooth logistics and execution of programs, for card features maintenance and project enhancement
• Assist in tracking and analyzing data and result of programs
• Support the process of procurement, payment and expense management
• Monitor marketing trend and conduct competitive analysis
• Ensure all program / projects are adhered to banking practice, compliance and regulatory requirement

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years marketing/ product management experience, preferably in credit card (card on loans) and project experience
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance framework
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently
• Strong marketing execution skill from research, communication to promotion and good project management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
