Job duties:

Develop and implement strategies for managing security at main site, and satellite areas.

Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures for the project
-
Manage and supervise security personnel, ensuring effective performance and adherence to protocols
-
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to maintain security and emergency response plans
-
Monitor and review the performance of the security subcontractors in order to ensure performance of subcontractor obligations
-
Monitor security systems and technology, ensuring they are functional and effective
-
Investigate security incidents and prepare reports, recommending improvements to prevent recurrence
-
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations
-
Liaise with project management and stakeholders to address security concerns and provide updates

Conduct regular security audit and review to ensure compliance with company requirements
Requirement:
-
Bachelor's degree in Security Management or a related discipline
-
5 years of experience on-site experience in security management preferably in the construction sector

Strong understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response
-
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong pertaining to security and safety
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
-
Experience in construction industry is preferred

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
