Responsibilities:
- Handle Opening and Closing of the shop depending on the schedule
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the shop
- Good understanding of the menu items to guide customers
- Keep the merchandising areas well organized & attractive
- Protect company assets (equipment, machines...)
- Support the Manager in:
- Implementing the workflow & supervise the front of house team
- Coaching staffs on sales program & customer's approach (welcome, answer questions)
- Arranging the roster
- Ordering Food & Drinks to suppliers & handling the end of year inventory
- Limiting wastage of fresh products & adjusting orders
- Taking decisions / reporting issues / asking for help in certain situations
- Handling customer’s requests
Requirements:
- Must be able to arrive at 06:30am
- Good commend of spoken English
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Team player
- Willing to learn & demonstrating interest in the F&B service industry
- Experience in handling a POS & computer tasks is a +
- Good command in making coffee is a +
- Neat personal appearance & High level of personal hygiene
Working hours: 8.25 hours + 1 hour break per shift
Straight Shifts: 06:30-15:45 & 12:15-21:30 (including 1 hour meal break)
Day off: 5 days off per month
