Key Accountabilities
- Organize, execute, and engage in various strategic sales initiatives and events, such as sales blitzes, cocktails, parties, luncheons, and familiarization tours
- Identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with key industries and potential clients to nurture and enhance partnerships
- Conduct sales calls and visits utilizing an up-to-date database to target potential clients effectively
- Handle administrative duties including maintaining sales call and visit reports, responding to correspondence, participating in meetings and briefings, and etc
- Assist marketing intelligence initiatives by tracking industry trends, assessing competitor actions, scrutinizing sales and marketing data
- Embrace the product identity and project a positive image to corporate clients by exemplifying behaviors that align with company guidelines
- Deliver training, and offer coaching to enhance sales performance
- Assist in budget management and cost monitoring
General Requirements
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales industry and with proven sales track record
- Have experience in hospitality industry and customer oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, proactive and customer-oriented with a positive mindset
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
