Receptionist (Full Time / Part Time)

Job Duties:

• Greet members and guests upon arrival
• Operate the reception counter
• Answer phone calls and inquiries
• Be the ambassador of the Club

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in hospitality management or any other discipline
• 1 year guest services experience in service industry; fresh graduates will also be considered
• Pleasant and cheerful
• Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good service and telephone manner
• Shift duties (No overnight shift)
