Headwaiter(ress) / Captain - Banquet / Restaurants

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for greeting guests and providing F&B services in the section, e.g. menu suggestion, food delivery e.t.c
• Ensure table setting is in line with our standard or the event requirement
• Supervise subordinates and casuals

Requirements:

• Passionate to F&B and Catering industry
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and English. Good in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Holder of F&B, hospitability related certificates will be preferred
• Shift duty is required
