Assistant / Visual Merchandising Supervisor - In-store (5 days a week)

Responsibilities:

-Deliver company standard of VM & M&S WAY across team from window display, outfit changes of all mannequins, in-store images, hotspots, merchandising and soft displays

-Oversee & lead VM teams to implement & maintain the M&S brand image within stores and ensuring visual consistency across all stores

-Lead the team to deliver the store layout change and product handling

-Responsible for the logistics of VM equipment and materials, maintenance and housekeeping of VM areas at store level

-Assist with VM training and up-skilling of team members

-Manage VM staffing to ensure optimal allocation of resources

-Drive & work with store team on layout move and product handling

-Support renovation or store opening project of team

Requirements:

-Degree / Certificate / Diploma Holder in any discipline, those with related studies will be an advantage

-4-6 years of relevant experience in VM with 1-2 years of supervisory experience

-Strong knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, window set-up, in-store display and styling

-Sound knowledge in retail operations, selling, design and production

-Excellent organizational and leadership skills

-Ability to work well under pressure and capable of multi-tasking

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Creative and innovative mindset with strong artistic and fashion sense
