Sales Coordinator - MICE

Job Responsibilities:

• Address the expanding MICE segment of the Hotel
• Utilize comprehensive logistical support to achieve optimal business results
• Actively pursue and convert upselling opportunities for upcoming group events to generate additional revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and a personalized approach to their event needs

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Experience in Administrative works is preferred
• Excellent command in both written & spoken English & Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, goal-driven and able to realize sales opportunities
