Events Sales Coordinator

The Murray

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming telephone calls, incoming & outgoing correspondence of events sales team
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to Director of Events
  • Supporting sales team in terms of proposals, PowerPoint presentation, agreement, regular reports and arrangement of Sales Blitz
  • Maintaining an organized and systematic record system of sales accounts

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 1 year relevant work experience or above in well-established hotels’ Sales & Marketing / Front Office and / or Reservations Department will be an advantage
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
