What will you do?
CS Operation:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of a luxury residential clubhouse
- Handle enquiries and provide excellent services to customers
- Duties include supervision of staff, handling inquiries / complaints and organizing recreational activities / festive events, etc
- Assist ad hoc projects when required
- To supervisor CS team for daily operation
- To assist property manager when required
- Handover operation:
- Lead a team of customer service staff to deliver quality handover and customer services for new residential projects
- Conduct pre-handover unit inspections and ensure workmanship meets handover standards
- Handle general enquiries and complaints on handover and defect rectification, and take follow-up actions
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure all defect rectification works conducted in a timely manner
- Prepare handover/ defect records and reports
Who are we looking for?
- Degree holder or relative
- At least 6 years of experience in property management/ customer services
- Proven experience in handover of new residential development is an advantage
- Proactive, detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Willing to work on roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Customer Service Officer
