Responsibilities:

Participate in manpower planning and formulating people development initiatives/ strategies, and to draft reports, policies and proposals

Act as a proactive business partner on various HR functions including but not limited to strategic workforce planning, budgeting, talent management, employee relations and other HR matters

Identify development opportunities for internal staff to sustain the talent pipeline

Participate in assigned HR projects
Requirements:
-
Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
-
Qualifications on global mobility, taxation, talent management and / or psychometrics will be an advantage

Minimum 5 years’ experience in human Resources / relationship management, with solid HR Business Partner experience in banking industry is preferred.

Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong, the Mainland China and Southeast Asia

Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management

Strong foundation of writing expertise with extensive experience in proposal and policy writing

Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus
