Bell Captain

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and professional welcome
• Oversee the safe handling and transportation of guest luggage, ensuring timely delivery to rooms
• Assist the guests with reservations, transportation and local attractions
• Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, aiming for guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Completion of Form 5 education or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Concierge Department
• Candidates with hotel experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Capacity to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
