Project Manager(Building)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor, advise, and implement project plans in architectural and structural aspects
• Implement documents and drawings control
• Prepare master programme or short term working schedule
• Prepare shop drawings and method statement for submission
• Coordinate with the Architect, Engineers and Consultants for construction details
• Monitor sub-contractors for site works progress and materials delivery
• Coordinate, identify and resolve technical and interface problem and details with different trades
• Be familiar with statutory / license requirements, e.g. BFA, CoP Fire Safety in Buildings, WSD regulation, BD requirement and ASD requirement
• Coordinate and meet with client, architect, consultants for progress and report

Education & Qualification Requirements

• Degree in Building Studies / Building Management or equivalent.
• 10 years or above relevant working experience in Building Construction Industry.
• Experience with maintenance works project is preferable.
• 6 years post professional qualification experience in Building Construction Industry
• Chartered membership of HKIE (Building) / CIOB / HKICM or equivalent.
• Familiar with statutory / license requirements, e.g. BD Regulation, BFA, CoP Fire Safety in Buildings, WSD Regulation, BD requirement and ASD requirement.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and AutoCAD (Preferable)
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Driving License
