Responsibilities:

Develop, organize and facilitates business initiatives

Lead meetings with appropriate internal business owners and external vendors and assist in the development of communication materials, training and other support strategies across the organization

Explore new business opportunities through different business networks and channels
-
Provide assistance to the merchant business teams in the development and implementation of new and renewing commercial products and vendors
-
Lead the Product Development Specialist in the development and production of required plan documents
-
Work directly with internal and external customers to initiate, plan, execute and manage merchant solution development and business implementation initiatives to accomplish overall business, client and vendor objectives
Requirements:
-
Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
-
Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience
-
Good knowledge of merchant business and operation in banking industry

Experience for working in QR payment solution company is preferable
-
Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
-
Ability to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
-
Strong self-motivation and highly independent with good analytical skill

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English

Proficient in MS Office applications
