Headwaiter/Headwaitress – Banquet 總侍應–宴會部

Job Descriptions:

• To ensure a smooth and professional banqueting service according to guest's requests
• Effectively communicate with guests, managers, and inter-departments to ensure that all funtion rooms set-ups, equipment, and supplies, staffing and menus meet guest's expectations
• Manage and supervise the casual team to meet the performance standard for banquet service 
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in hotel banquet operation
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
