Develop product programs for all existing and new cash product
Develop new cash products and solutions for the Hong Kong market
Manage the deposit portfolio and drive Basel III friendly products to support the bank's CASA and NIM objectives
Manage all risks associated with the product and channels, including ensuring back-up processes and sites are in place
Understand the local regulatory requirements and ensure products and processes are compliant
Own the customer channels (Business Mobile Banking, Velocity etc) and drive utilization and conversion from manual to digital
Work closely with the Regional Channels Head to build out the channels connectivity with the region
Work closely with Transaction Banking-Sales and the Relationship Managers to develop and position our offerings strategically versus the competition
Provide subject matter expertise and training to RMs and business partners
Work closely with Operation & Technology team to ensure that our channel build out is developed most effectively
Design and run commercialization campaigns to bring new customers or increase existing utilization
Identify economic trends, industry and market developments and evaluate the impact and implications to the organization's offered products and services.
Requirements
Hold 5 years+ of Cash Management experience with regional experience and exposure
Possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to innovate and develop new products
Comfortable dealing with multiple parties, internal and external
Sound understanding of regulatory environment and ability to convert requirements into product opportunities
Keen interest and understanding of developing trends and threats to the traditional business
Strong analytical mind, able to exercise sound judgment based on strong logic and compelling arguments, also, execute, establish plans and processes
