Hong Kong Parkview is inviting high calibre applicants for the following position:-
Responsibilities:
- Assist General Manager to direct the Food and Beverage Team towards achieving the highest possible standard of service and ensures a high level of guest satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure the implementation of all procedures, rules and regulations in the outlets are in line with the overall policies and standards set down for the Hong Kong Parkview.
- Prepare budgets for operating equipment, CAPEX and present P&L statement.
- Implement appropriate and effective measures to improve cost control in labour and other aspects.
- Identify and analyze problems and develop solutions.
- Determine priorities, set goals, and follow up with monthly action plans.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in food and beverage / hospitality management.
- At least 10 years’ experience in Food & Beverage management with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sizeable or leading / luxury hotels, serviced apartments or clubhouses.
- Strong leadership skills, able to work under pressure and handle multitasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Mature, detail-minded and tactful.
- Creative, high level of energy, and highly self-driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Immediate available is preferred.
