Assist in planning and implementation that align with company’s goals via 360 marketing activities to reach our target luxurious customer groups.
Plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, including advertising, PR and instore event, eg. Mega branding event, instore PR event, customers’ workshop, collaboration activities & event with trade partners & malls, etc.
Collaborate with vendors, agencies and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Regular update on the new launch/product repush tracking with actionable recommendations.
Conduct market research, monitor competitor’s activities and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
Initiate and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Xiaohongshu小紅書 etc for lead generation of new customers for O2O as well as to foster brand awareness.
Oversee organic and paid for the assigned social media advertising campaigns across platforms, ensuring effective targeting, creative development and drive conversion to e-shop or physical shops/counters.
Leverage CRM campaigns to identify customer segments for retention, reactivation and growth of customer lifetime value with marketing efforts.
Work with trade partners and malls to explore opportunities for joint promotion to acquire new customers and maximize brand exposure.
Monitor stock of launching items, promotion materials and GWP to ensure the promotion campaign on-track.
Execute the practical skills of photo/video shooting & retouching for digital materials, eg. EDM, MMS, POP etc
Provide marketing insights and analysis reports to Top Management review.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, PR communication or business-related discipline
At least 3-4 years relevant experience in luxury retail beauty, luxury retail marketing, marketing creative
With advertising agency background are preferable.
Can-Do attitude, Self-motivated, Approachable, Friendly character, detail-minded and well organized
Good business sense & numerical sense
Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, content creation
Passion for excellence, willing to take up challenges, creative and a good team player
Excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
With photo/video shooting skills for online platform yet not a must
Knowledge in Photoshop or photo edit will be an advantage
