About the job
We are looking for a talented Sushi Chef to join our team here at Zuma. Our Sushi Chefs are passionate, sushi experts who have a key eye for detail to consistently deliver the highest quality dishes. Zuma Chefs are confident working at a fast pace whilst maintaining Zuma’s high standards.

• Sushi Chef De Partie 壽司高級廚師
• Sushi Demi Chef 壽司中級廚師
• Sushi Commis Chef 壽司廚師學徒

The requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sushi chef.
• Expert level of knife skills and eye for detail.
• Great team player.
