The Management Trainee Program is designed for university graduates with passion in embark their career in hospitality industry and to be nurtured as a part of leadership. The 18 months’ programme enables you to learn from your peers and your on-the-job mentors as well as your program leaders. Periodical training review mechanism and customized programs are crafted to ensure you are provided with ample opportunities to fulfil your learning needs and career aspirations.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree majoring in Hospitality or related disciplines
• With actual work / internship exposure in Rooms Division of well-established hotels
• Resilient, passionate and committed in developing career in hospitality industry with strong adversity quotient
