AVP, Investment Product and Business Development

Responsibilities

• To lead, drive and support Investment related projects and change initiatives, including local/regional driven programs
• To own and oversee all investment product related sales suitability processes including systems and procedures where applicable
• To design and implement improvements to Investment sales and ordering process
• To support and address all investment product risk and compliance
• To improve and provide routine investment suitability training
• To support the resolution of process- or system related Incidents.

Requirements

• University degree is preferred
• Possess HKSI with CFA is a definite advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience as a Business Analyst / Change Manager in Wealth Management projects
• Ability to work independently and analyze situations with prioritize.
• Attention to details with strong organizational and time management.
• Able to communicate effectively with influencing
• Strong compliance and customer centric mindset
• Strong in project management and presentation
• Good knowledge of PC application software including Excel & PowerPoint
