As a member of the HOKA Store team you help empower each athlete who walks through the door by sharing your passion for and expertise of the brand and immersing customers in the HOKA experience. You're creating experiences, making connections, and building lasting relationships. Most importantly, when your team shares their passion for HOKA design, innovation, and community, customers will not only be inspired to move, but they will also inspire others around them to fly!

As a Store Sales Associate, it’s your role to create the best possible customer experience. It’s your job to listen to each customer and offer recommendations and current product knowledge in response to their needs. As a Store Sales Associate, you operate as part of dynamic team, and you cooperate to achieve business goals. 

As a HOKA Store Sales Associate, you create personalized shopping experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty. You provide exceptional service from start to finish. You maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members and promote the store and brand image in all interactions including adhering to a dress code. You provide exceptional customer service to both our in-store customers and those who call on the phone.

Responsibilities

Sales

• Introduce benefits, mission and represent core values of Hoka to visitors
• Connect, lead and assist the customer to experience Hoka products and the fit service
• Provide customized suggestion of products based on needs and wants from customers
• Encourage customer to join membership scheme and the HOKA Run Club and community initiatives
• Assist daily operation of store (including product display, inventory management and stock taking)

Operation

• Maintain cleanliness of the shop and provide instant response to customers’ inquiry to impress customers
• Review comments from customers and make decisions with management to enhance service quality
• Plan and execute plan to meet sale target through offering proactive and professional attitude towards customers
• Leverage retail priorities & in-store marketing campaign, to deliver the KPI including but not limited to traffic, conversion rate, UPT to achieve goals
• Support customers to try in-store services and marketing activation to maintain brand loyalty

Teamwork

• Establish supportive, positive and joyful workplace atmosphere for the teamwork environment
• Play as a team member to support shop operation

Who You Are

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Welcoming to those with experience working in different countries and fluency in English
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Enthusiastic in sports, especially in running, and willing to share the joy of it
• Able to actively listen and interact openly with team, customers and running community
• Proactive, responsible and love to play with a team
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Respond to problem situations with professionalism 
• Think critically to solve problems and approach challenges with agility

-通過向顧客展現積極主動和專業的態度，規劃和執行計畫以達到銷售目標。利用零售優先事項和店內行銷活動，實現關鍵績效指標（KPI），包括客流量、轉化率和單筆交易金額（UPT）等
-支援顧客嘗試店內服務和行銷活動，以維持品牌忠誠度。通過提供優質的售後服務、舉辦會員活動等方式，增強顧客對HOKA品牌的認同感和歸屬感
-為到店顧客和電話諮詢的顧客都提供卓越的客戶服務
