We are seeking a highly qualified candidate who will actively participate in the implementation of the bank's operational resilience framework in compliance with HKMA and MAS requirements, as well as aligned with OCBC Group's approach. The candidate will be responsible for delivering corporate securitiesrelated tasks and assignments, which include operational resilience BCM, physical securities, data loss prevention, etc.
What you'll be doing?

Assist to oversee the business continuity management framework, ensuring the due compliance with SPM TMG2;

Support the continuous enhancement on the bank’s business recovery capabilities, coordinate review of business impact analysis, evaluate the BCP and related strategies;

Participate and support the timely implementation of operational resilience framework, complying regulatory requirements of both MAS and HKMA;
-
Work in conjunction with BU/SU BCP coordinators and / or dept risk rep to tackle risk matters relating to BCM and operational resiliency;

Review and maintain the Bank’s corporate security related policy and procedures;

Handle the tasks of physical security, data loss prevention and others relating to corporate security;
-
Other assignments from line manager/ Division Head / Senior Management of the Bank.
Who are we looking for?

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other relevant discipline
-
5 - 7 years solid work experience in banking and financial institution
-
Previous job exposure in business continuity and crisis management is required

Knowledge and work experience in physical security and data loss protection would be an advantage.

ECF ORM certification at Professional Level preferred

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
