Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure effective supervision that all services offered in the Front Services are always available and are carried out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy.
  • To handle comments and complaints relating to service standards and take any necessary actions to achieve the highest level of hospitality service.
  • To conduct manpower planning to support operation needs.
  • To control the preparation of all occupancy forecasts and statistics as required.
  • To review the sales performance of the serviced apartment and suggest new initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • To ensure that the department’s operation budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled.
  • To update emergency procedures and other Front Services operation manuals, policies and procedures when required.
  • To carry out reasonable duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
  • 8 years of Front Office experience with a minimum of 3 years as Assistant Front Office Manager or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proven management and leadership skills with ability to manage complex relationships.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Good Mandarin is definitely an advantage.
  • Knowledge on local fire safety requirement & risk management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management system – Opera.
