About You

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

• Actively engage with HR Business Partners to support the planning, execution, and operational needs in the People & Culture team
• Persistently demonstrate timely and accurate support in recruitment cycle, including but not limited to job posting, interview arrangement, and reference check
• Prudently coordinate and support onboarding and off-boarding requirements
• Fully understand and capable of managing accurate data flow, system maintenance, and production of internal HR reports
• Demonstrate well coordination skills in company events and employee activities
• Openly support other ad-hoc People & Culture related projects when necessary

What is required and what we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s graduate in Human Resources, Management, Marketing, Psychology, Journalism or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media channels for talent acquisitions is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Sensitive to numbers and strong attention to details with high degree of accuracy
• Curiosity in functional knowledge and learning practical skills in Human Capital area
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
• Immediate availability is preferred. Candidate with more experience may be considered for Analyst position
