Network Support Executive 網絡支援助理

工作内容:

• 提供一般數據中心服務
• 確保問題及時解決,專注於為客戶提供高水準的支援
• 與跨職能團隊密切合作以解決問題,設備安裝及升級
• 處理一般行政工作,如資料/記錄更新
• 任何指派的臨時職責或項目
• 須 7x24 輪班工作; 每更9小時; 每月8日例假日

工作要求:

• ​​​​​​電腦科學,通訊工程,資訊科技或相關專業的大專或以上學歷
• 具有相關經驗的F5/DSE資格也將被考慮
• 歡迎應屆畢業生
• 組織良好,熱情且具有良好的責任感
• 略懂閱讀及書寫英文
• 可即時上班優先
