Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor the performance of the restaurant to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
• Assure Company standards can be carried out in terms of product quality, customer service level, hygiene and safety -Organize & provide staff training
• Maintain and continuously improve in beverage and food sales
• Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in warm and friendly manner
• Lead training and proper administration for the whole team to meet the performance standard
• Ensures restaurant standards are consistently implemented
Job Requirements:
• Form 5 standard, preferably with Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
• 5 years experience in the F&B industry with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
• Experience in Western Restaurant operation preferred
• Knowledge of wine is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated, with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often
