Assistant Grill Room Manager (Fine-Dining) (5-day Work)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the outlet including but not limited to daily operations, budget control, revenue and expenses, member / guest experiences, promotional activities and staff training and development.
  • Work with the Sommelier in monitoring all wine-related matters including sales, compilation of the outlet's wine list, inventory control, wine events & promotions. 

Requirements:

  • Holder of recognized certificates and/or qualifications in wine studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity gained in private clubs, hotels, and/or renowned fine dining restaurants.
  • Excellent in providing high quality guest services with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to lead the team and provide training to staff.
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
