Manager, Card Acquisition, Consumer Lending

Responsibilities:

• Manage the respective team to achieve the business goals and sales target objectives via effective sales management plans, including resources allocation, selling strategies, sales technique, etc.
• To lead, motivate, and monitor performance of Card Acquisition Team to maximize productivity via e.g. joint call, call monitoring, coaching, training programs and feedback sessions 
• To ensure integrity, discipline, product knowledge, selling skills and servicing standards of the team are up to expected standard
• Prepare statistical and analytical reports to facilitate sales planning
• Provide feedback and recommendations on new products and marketing programs
• Handle customer compliant as per Customer Complaint Handling Guidelines and escalate incidents promptly to supervisor where appropriate
• Enforce proper control within the team and ensure all card acquisition sales strictly follow internal and external rules, regulations and SOP

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• 5 years or above relevant experience
• Solid call centre / card acquisition experience in banking or financial institution of which 3 years at supervisory level
• Lower academic qualification will be considered, depending on the experience 
• Good understanding of local banking practice and regulations
• Hand-on experience with card products and operation workflow would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills, self-motivated, sales and result oriented
• Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Good communication and people management skills
• Proficiency in English
• PC knowledge
