Bills Operation Officer (Secondment Contract) (Ref: GC8031-BI-CT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process bills transactions and handle trade services; 
• Prepare trade processing reports;
• Perform trade services documents checking according to standard practices;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines;
• Participate in system enhancement and conduct UAT;
• Take up ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines;
• 1-year or above banking experience in Bills Operation / Trade Finance with sound practicial knowledge;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Able to work independently;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese).
