Product Manager (Consumer Side)

Toby has been the largest online service marketplace in Hong Kong. Over 700 services are provided through our matching platform. We are currently looking for an Product Manager (Consumer Side). This is a great job opportunity for candidates who are rich experience in Product knowledge as this role shall require a person to monitor and enhance the consumer-side products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our consumer target audience, their needs, and pain points to inform product strategy and decision-making
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing, to define product requirements, user stories, and wireframes for new features and enhancements
• Manage and prioritize the consumer product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
• Partner with the Engineering team to ensure successful product development, rollout, and ongoing iteration, while maintaining clear communication of project status, risks, and dependencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years' experience in product management, preferably in consumer-facing digital products or platforms
• Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on products that have driven user growth and engagement
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and inform product strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate product vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and best practices in product management is preferred
