Receptionist (Central/Kowloon)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general reception area duties, including greeting and escorting guests & visitors, answering phone calls from clients, internal customers, etc.
• Coordinate meeting room set-up with furniture and equipment according to business requirement
• Assist with video conferences and/or catering service, such as providing beverage service to meeting attendees
• Assist and coordinate in-house event logistics
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE and above with a minimum of 1 year of related experience in a sizable company. 
• Experience in a corporate reception is an advantage 
• Able to work in a fast-moving environment and work independently
• Cheerful, energetic and customer service-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
