Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for market development to increase and retain clients and grasp opportunities to maximize sales revenue for Ascott
  • Assist in identifying market needs and trends in Corporate and other Market segment.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships to increase sales revenue.
  • Complete the entire sales process, including sales tracking, scene investigation, price negotiations, contract preparation and signing.
  • Serve customers, understand their needs and try to satisfy their requirements.
  • Create and participate in various sales events to enhance customer relationships.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports.
  • Provide general administrative & clerical support to the team and any ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality/Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with a multi-national hospitality brand, preferably in serviced residences
  • Excellent communication skills – fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Strong team spirit, organization and planning capabilities.
