Assistant Security Manager

Hopewell Hotel (Wanchai) Management Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Build up and revise departmental Policies & Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures
  • Responsible for completing thorough and complete investigations
  • Assist Security Manager to manage the Security team
  • Assist the Security Manager in overseeing all aspects of the Security Department, e.g. in charge of developing security measures
  • Assist in scheduling team's roster, monitoring attendance, conducting training and coaching
  • Work with Emergency Respond Team and lead the Security Team to handle hotel emergency cases such as injury, fire alarm, bomb threat, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Security Department of sizeable hotels in similar capacity
  • Valid Security Personnel Permit
  • Qualified First Aider
  • Knowledge and skill of public security and firefighting
  • Good leadership skill and problem solving skill
