Guest Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist manager to supervise guest service team to provide effective and satisfying service to customers.
  • Responsible for the daily check-in, check-out, reservation.
  • Appropriately arrange normal work and rest schedule for guest service team.
  • Maintain the good communication and coordination with all departments.
  • Proper and timely processing of customer requirements, inquiries and complaints. If necessary, promptly report to their superiors.
  • Ensure and comply with Ascott relevant policies, procedures and standards.
  • Provide training to the Guest Service Team and maintain safety and security policy and standard.

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ Front Office working experience 
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Be familiar with the workflow of front desk
  • Accept shift duty and able to work independently
