- As one of United Problem Solvers™, the high-caliber incumbent would,
- Provide excellent services to existing small-sized accounts which entail the UPS value-add logistics solutions to customers’ business
- Strive for continuous business growth by unleashing your sales-oriented potential that drives you to meet and exceed the given sales targets in an assigned territory
- Actively understand customers’ business model and their Logistics needs from within
- Identify business opportunities to enhance sales growth over the phone and e-mails
- Coordinate with internal departments in order to deliver high-quality logistics service
A successful candidate would likely to be,
- A degree holder in Business Administration/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or equivalent is preferred
- In an inside sales/telesales role for at least 1 year, experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding industries is highly desired
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, proactive learning and result-driven attitude are also welcome.
- A good team player who is keen to learn, having an interest to grow and develop in the Logistics industry
- A self-starter who is highly motivated to expand sales market and deliver excellent customer services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner
- Customer- and sales-oriented, with good negotiation skills and high integrity
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese), working proficiency in English and Mandarin
