Guest Services Manager (5-day work)

Job Summary

  • Responsible to In-charge of the reception counter and ensure guest services provided in professional manner
  • Lead and guide the team member to handle guest special request, enquiries and  guest complaint
  • Responsible to handle emergency situation, make sure the fabulous communication with valuable solutions to different situations
  • Establish a good relationship with guest and drive the team member to perform up-selling skills and maximize hotel revenue
  • Handle reports and any other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Able to work under pressure and managing job tasks priorities

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in hospitality or related discipline
  • At least 5 years or above relevant experience in Serviced Apartment or Hotel
  • Fabulous communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably able to work independently and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Guest Service System
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Required to perform in rotation among our three properties in Happy Valley and Wanchai
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Guest Services Supervisor
