• Work closely with shop manager to motivate, coach and guide the shop team in achieving team & individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure the store provides a luxurious and personalized shopping experience that reflects the brand's image, and fosters customer loyalty
• Demonstrate a strong sense of selling skills, product knowledge and after sales services, on individual and at team level
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and VIP customers to drive customer engagement, retention, and brand loyalty
• Support daily store operations, including product display, opening and closing procedures, inventory management and after sales arrangements, etc are complied with Company’s policies and procedures

職責：

• 與店鋪經理密切合作，鼓勵及帶領團隊，實現團隊和個人的銷售目標和KPIs
• 確保店鋪提供奢華且個人化的購物體驗，體現品牌形象並培養顧客忠誠度
• 在個人和團隊層面表現出良好的銷售技巧、產品知識和售後服務
• 與顧客和VIP顧客建立並維持良好關係，以提高顧客參與度、保留率和對品牌的忠誠度
• 負責日常店鋪營運，包括商品陳列、開店和閉店程序、庫存管理和售後安排等均符合公司的政策及流程

We would love to hear from you if…

• With at least 4 years’ fashion retail sales experience
• Prior exposure as a supervisor or in luxury goods/premium fashion brands is a plus
• Passion for fashion, self-disciplined with in-depth knowledge on luxury brands, fashion trends or the luxury retail market
• Strong sales acumen, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building and nurturing customer relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• 具四年或以上時尚零售經驗
• 曾任職奢侈品或高級時尚品牌主管者尤佳
• 對奢侈品牌、時尚趨勢和奢侈品零售市場有深入的了解和熱情
• 具有敏銳的銷售頭腦，及擁有實現和超額銷售目標的紀錄。
• 具有良好服務技巧，能夠建立和培養客戶關係
• 具有良好溝通技巧和人際交往能力
• 精通粵語、英語和國語
