高級烘焙師Sous Baker/Chef - Bakehouse

Job Duties 職責：

• Supervise & train the BOH team in all operation duties for the shop
  負責管理及培訓烘焙團隊
• Prepare our signature sourdough bread & pastries (Croissant, Danish, Egg Tart, Baguette, Doughnuts)
  協助制作我們招牌歐陸式酸種麵包及酥餅 (牛角酥，丹麥酥，酸種蛋撻，法式長包，冬甩)
• Supervise food preparation and food hygiene standards
  監管食材準備和確補乎合標準
• Report maintenance issues of all BOH areas and equipment to Head Baker
  負責向烘焙主管上報有關烘焙器材之保養及維修事項
• Compile daily food orders set by Head Baker
  完成烘焙主管設定的訂單要求
• Schedule staff roster for BOH team
  為烘焙團隊安排更表

Requirements 要求:

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry; experienced in bakery / pastries industry is an advantage
  需要三年或以上飲食業相關經驗，具麵包店/甜品行業經驗者會被優先考慮
• Fluent in Cantonese; Fair in English & Mandarin
  流利廣東話，良好英語及普通話
• Good communication skills
  良好的溝通能力
• Good team player and ability to work in a dynamic team
  在有活力的團隊工作及有合作精神
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Chef de Partie
  經驗較少者會被考慮為中級烘焙師
