Job Duties 職責:
- Looks after 5 or more baking kitchen in different locations

- Independent and collaborate closely with Area Operations Manager and Head Bakers

- Ensure all baking kitchens operates smoothly following the standard procedures created by the company

- Ensure all baking kitchens operates in great hygiene and safety condition
確保所有烘焙廚房在良好的衛生和安全條件下運行
- Ensure operational excellence and fill in spots where necessary
確保卓越營運並在必要時親自填補空缺
- Be solution driven and creative, tackle challenges and improve quality of work
以解決方案為導向並富有創造力,應對挑戰並提高工作質量
- Organise and lead regular meetings with all senior baking chefs
組織並領導與所有高級烘焙廚師的定期會議
- Follow and train using recipes set by the company
遵循並使用公司設定的食譜進行培訓
- Accountable for maintaining a consistent product quality according recipes set by the company
負責依照公司設定的食譜保持一致的產品品質
- Assist new product launching and its relevant tasks
協助新產品上市及其相關工作
- With a team focus ,handle HR matters according to company's guidance and labour ordinance in Hong Kong

- Accountable for controlling area’s labour cost and recruitment of senior team members
負責控制區域勞動成本和招募高級烘焙團隊
- Accountable for controlling area’s food cost and auditing monthly stock take
負責控制區域食品成本並審核每月庫存盤點
- Accountable for arranging repair and maintenance of kitchen’s assets and machinery
負責安排廚房資產和機械的維修和保養
- Reports back regularly to Director of Operations
定期向營運總監匯報
Requirements 要求:
- At least 3 year relevant experience in similar capacity ; experienced in bakery / pastries industry is an advantage
需要三年或以上相關工作職位經驗,具麵包店/甜品行業經驗者會被優先考慮
- Fluent in Cantonese; Fair in English
流利廣東話,良好英語
- Basic writing, presentation and computer skills, such as using Excel, PowerPoint and emails
基本的寫作, 表達和電腦技能,例如使用 Excel、PowerPoint 和電子郵件
- Good communication skills
良好的溝通能力
- Good team player and ability to work in a dynamic team
