Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the front desk to ensure the highest standard of guest service is extended to all the guests. 
  • Ensure front office staff provides guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition. 
  • Follow up guest comments, compliments, and complaints with adequate communication to relevant departments.
  • Monitor and develop performance of individual Front Office team members, provide training and coaching to enhance staff performance and career growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in hotel management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in Front Office Department in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
  • Strong leader and a proven record in guest and team member engagement. 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin. 
  • Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Front Office Manager.
