Job Summary

  • Implement and executive effective business plans and sales strategies to achieve personal and team business goals
  • Strengthen relationships with existing accounts for corporate and MICE; identify new potential accounts to optimise sales revenues.
  • Develop the market to deliver incremental base business

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above with professional trainings in Sales & Marketing
  • Minimum 6-year of hotel sales experience.
  • With strong business acumen, market awareness and pricing strategy skills
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Experience in account management and development of new accounts
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
