Job Description :
- Responsible for sourcing and procurement activities in accordance to the budget
- Get at least three competitive quotations from all hotel / restaurant supplies
- Develop new suppliers and maintain good working relationships with existing suppliers
- Monitor purchase administration duties, inventory control and delivery schedule
- Handle daily PR follow up and order processing
- Ensure the good quality and accurate quantity of ordering goods
- Supervise and provide assistance to the storekeeper on the job quality
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Department in-charge
Requirements:
- 5-years solid purchasing experience gained from Hospitality / Food & Beverage Industry
- Have handle food items experience is a definite advantage
- Independent, pleasant personality and excellent communications skills
Compensation and other Benefits :
- 5-day work week + 17 days Public Holidays + 8 working hours per day
