Senior Leasing Officer (Portfolio - Retail / Shopping Mall)

We are a well-established Hong Kong listed company in Central mainly engage in property investment, property development, property management and hotel management. We are looking for a proactive and competent candidate to join our Leasing and Asset Management Department. This role will report to our Head of Leasing and Asset Management.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing matters of Company’s portfolio.
• Conduct market research, analyze market trends and source new clients and cold calls in order to assist in building strategic business plans for the Company’s portfolio.
• Undertake leasing negotiation for new lease and tenancy renewal issues.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with existing and potential tenants and property agents.
• Liaise with other Departments in respect of takeover and handover, fitting-out and repair work of Company’s premises.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience from property developers, preferably in shopping mall/retail properties.
• Good business connections with retail clients / tenants.
• Relevant experience gained in valuation from property developers is an advantage.
• Outgoing, proactive with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
