Guest Relations Officer (5-day Work Week)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in/out, rooming of all hotel guests, foreign exchange
• Providing courteous service to Executive Club guests, and respond promptly and tactfully to requests and enquiries
• Providing Food and Beverage service to guest when needed during breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour.
• Handle daily food and general stock taking

 JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in similar role with hotel industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• More experienced candidates will be considered as Guest Relations Supervisor.
