Responsibilities
- Handle all reservations requests, changes and cancellations received by different channels;
- Responds all incoming enquiries, email & telephone call in an efficiently and professionally manner;
- Observes room availability status to maximize the occupancy, average room rate and revenue
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines with 1 year or above hotel experience;
- Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills with knowledge in using hotel reservation system or property management system;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin preferably;
- Fresh graduate will also be considered to start as reservation agent
This position is entitled to 5-day Week and public holiday!!
