Guest Services Supervisor - Overnight shift (5-Day work week)

Job Requirement 工作要求

• HKDSE or above, diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of front desk working experience in the hotel industry
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Customer-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Opera system is preferred
• Good command of both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Supervisor
