Assistant Business Manager

We are now inviting a creative, self-motivated, energetic and talented Assistant Business Manager to join us.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Assist management in overseeing two China shopping mall projects in the areas of operation, marketing, leasing and project;
• Assist management in formulation and implementation of business plan;
• Prepare periodic analysis and performance reports;
• Conduct industry and market research and compile presentation decks for internal and external parties;
• Coordinate closely with local teams on internal document approvals and ensure duly compliance of the group policies.

YOU NEED TO BE…

• University graduates in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years' relevant experience;
• Strong business acumen with good analytical mind;
• Proactive and with open-minded attitude;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
